The standard type(PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing. According to stave work need of Cone crusher,cone crusher is mainly used in the compressive strength not surpassing 300Mpa each kind of ore and rock to medium crush and in broken bits .this is a typical equipment of our country for crushing hard ore to medium crush and broken bits.it is widely applied.it has the characteristics of high reduction ratio, high output,,few powder lost, the product granularity even, strong compatibility of hard grain.

Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through transmission shaft and gear. And the moving cone liner rotates under the eccentric bushing. The section of the moving cone liner close to the static cone liner becomes the crushing cavity, and the material is crushed between the moving and fixed cone liner. When the moving cone leaves the section, the material that has been broken to the required particle size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone.

1. The fuselage has high strength, and the accessories are finished and durable; labyrinth combination, grease seal, good dust proof effect.
2. Semi-automatic hydraulic adjustment of the discharge port, fast and convenient; special crushing chamber design, effectively improve production capacity.
3. The replacement of the movable and fixed tooth plates does not require fillers, which is convenient and quick, and can be quickly put into production and operation; the fixed cone is mechanically locked by a swing bolt, which is easy to operate and has a low failure rate.
4. The lubricating oil circulating cooling system is designed according to the actual situation of the customer, and the temperature control system and pressure control system are convenient for customers to master and operate.
5. Over-iron protection, safe and reliable; automatic cavity cleaning, fast and time-saving; bevel gear transmission, firm and stable.
