Ascend simplified gold centrifugal concentrator Gold Kacha is a type of simplified gold concentrator to collect the big particle free gold in placer gold or grinded vein gold. It is an ideal equipment to replace the expensive knelson gold concentrator. It has advantages of high efficiency and low energy,It can work perfectly with gold wet pan mill machine in gold mining. It’s structure is simple, and it is easy to handle. At the same time, it’s factory price is low and the production cost is also low.
Working Principle
When the centrifuge starts working, the material is fed as a slurry of minerals and water into a rotating bowl that contains special fluidizing tanks or troughs for capturing heavy materials. Fluidization water/backwash water/backwash water is introduced through multiple fluidization holes on the inner cone to retain heavy minerals in the bed. Fluidization water/backwash water/backwash water plays an important role in the separation process.
