Professional alluvial gold washing machine
The Ascend gold washing plant is mainly used to recover alluvial or placer gold particles in black sand. It only consumes water and electricity and does not involve chemicals, thus causing no pollution to the surrounding environment. Ascend gold washing plants come in various specifications, such as 30 tons per hour, 50 tons per hour, or 100 tons per hour, and the maximum can reach 200 tons per hour.

working process and principle
Material feeding: Feed the gold-containing sand and stone into the hopper.
Screening and grading: Trommel screens with different apertures are employed to screen and grade the sand and stone, further removing larger particles of impurities and smaller particles of useless substances.
Gravity separation: Utilize gravity to make the gold particles settle to the bottom of the centrifugal gold separator and separate them from other useless substances.
Collection: Collect coarse gold and fine gold separately through the sluice chute and gold absorption blanket.
