China Ascend gold washing plant is mainly to recover the alluvial or placer gold particles in the black sand. The complete system consists of trommel screen, Knelson centrifugal concentrator, sluice chute, water pump and other component. The whole set is mobile type, easy to move and install inside the mining area. And it has different capacities to meet the different needs of customers.
Features of Drum Scrubber Washing Machine
- Gold mining trommel screen includes hopper, water pump, water pipe, diesel engine/motor, wheels, can be easily moved, and is specially designed for processing alluvial gold, river placer gold, diamonds, etc.
- Gold trommel screen is usually used in the primary separation stage of placer gold mining to wash and screen gold ore. The upper size is always regarded as useless material. The bottom size containing gold is usually processed continuously by centrifugal concentrator or gold tank to upgrade gold ore. The concentrate of centrifugal concentrator can be processed by shaking table, which is used to separate gold from other minerals.

- Gold trommel screen can be used for washing and screening of gold ore.

Description of the placer gold washing plant.
The whole process of the gold washing plant is, use exacvator to dig the raw material and feed into the hopper of the washing trommel, big stone larger than 20mm will be screened out from the grate bars of the hopper, small size less than 20mm will go into the trommel screen. (The mesh size can be adjusted as needed.) The clay or mud in the raw material will be washed away from the rotary trommel screen, and the gold particles will be feed into the swing vibrating sluice, the gold concentrate sediment in the bottom of the gold blanket. The tailing gold will be collected again from the fixed sluice box to further improve the recovery rate.

Gold centrifugal concentrator is to use the gravity centrifugal force to collect the gold concentrate in the river sand or soil, it is suitable to collect the gold mesh size from 200 mesh to 40 mesh, the recovery rate for free gold particles can reach high to 90%, it is a perfect partner working with the gold trommel screen plant.
Gold sluice with blanket
Shaking table
After collect the gold concentrate fromo the centrifugal concentrator and gold sluice blanket, the most common way is then put it on the shaking table to further improve the gold grade.
Mercury Amalgamation barrel or small ball mill
The gold ore concentrate collected from the shaking table will be put in the small ball mill, or we call it mercury amalgamation barrel. Then it can mix with the mercury and form the gold and mercury mixture.
Electric gold melting furnace
After get the mixture of gold and mercury, you can put it in the elctric gold melting furnace and heat it, then you can get the pure gold bar.
